Lucy And Her Job As A Marketing Secretary
When Lucy got accepted for the secretarial position she applied for at a marketing firm she was very excited and anxious to get started. You see was informed she got the job a month ago but she just started work last week. On her first day she had the normal orientation of where things are and when that’s done she was asked by her boss to do web research on driving test theory centres in the London area. She was then asked to compile the websites of these centers together with the contact email addresses. She was asked to place them all in an excel file named driving test centres and to save this file on the network’s My Documents so that anyone in the office can access them. The just yesterday a note came in asking her do research for articles on the web that are related or pertaining to motoring law in the UK. She was asked to compile at least 200 articles, save them as a document file complete with the sources and then print them out and compile in a folder and place it on Stacy’s table. She started this work yesterday and she just said she is still not done yet. Even though she is at work and I am at home, we communicate via instant messenger so she keeps me up to date with the latest at her office. Lucy would come home about 7 or 8 PM every night and she would never fail to bring home some fresh bread from Bread Talk. I love her for that and I thank the heavens for giving her this job; on the ground floor of her office building is Bread Talk and every time she pass by it she remembers me so she ends up buying. Lucky me!
